Automatic SMS Text Messages and Emails are sent to clients and services providers any time when an appointment is booked, rescheduled, or canceled. Clients will also receive one-time appointment text and email reminders 24 hours prior to the appointment.
You can also email clients their invoices and estimates and receive automatic response when your invoice is paid, or when estimate is approved or declined. Clients will (optionally) receive detailed receipt for any payment in their email.
Since your clients use their phone numbers to sing in to the Client’s Portal we send SMS text messages to clients to verify their phone and to optionally register client’s device for future auto login.
We use styled emails as opposed to plain text. An example of one of the styled emails is shown below.
