Client’s Portal is a website where clients can book new appointments, view existing appointment details, reschedule or cancel an appointment,
submit payment, view their appointments and payment history, etc. There are a few ways clients can browse the Client’s Portal website: via the
Book Now button located in the right-bottom corner of your business website, different Booking buttons located throughout your business website,
and via the links clients receive with emails and text messages such as booking confirmations and changes, payment invoices and estimates, coupons
and special offers campaigns, etc.
Clients can book an appointment as guests or create an account.
Client’s account is phone based which means there are no passwords and usernames to remember. Once phone is verified with a
text message verification code client is logged in automatically.
Once logged in clients can manage bookings, view and approve estimates, submit payments, contact service providers, schedule appointments, etc.
